I'm prompt too.

Today was rather impromptu. Got up with nothing really planned except for meeting up with a friend to visit a church in the evening. And then an Aunty called to invite my for lunch and chill time, so I went over and hung around, chatted, played some games... the usual. After that I went to church, which was a bit of a let down, but I'm thinking it could be just the wrong day to go.

I've found that for me olfaction, or sense of smell, brings about the strongest nostalgia. This happens when I smell very distinct smells that are attached to certain memories. This fact was emphasized when I was deciding what colognes to bring to Sydney and I took a whiff of one given to me on a special occasion. It was from Vanessa for the MHS formal. It not only brings back memories of the night, but an emotional state of mind as well. It is a very odd sensation. Not to say that it is bad or uncomfortable, but it is quite an out-of-this-world experience. Thanks Vanessa =)
